  1. Think of a time in your life when things felt meaningless, empty, performative, or fake. It should be a time when you were doing a lot, but it wasn't meaningful.
  2. List of some goals you had during this time (some things you were trying to get done), and some norms you were trying to live up to (some images you were trying to live up to).
