Interview people about what's meaningful for them

You're in charge of making an experience meaningful for a set of people. You have an audience of 20 people, and your experience should be meaningful for at least 6 of them. The plan is to interview all 20, write profiles about who finds what meaningful, then look for overlaps.

How will you structure the interviews? What will you ask? How will you recognize overlaps? On a more philosophical noteβ€”what are the atoms of meaning?

How would your approach change if the task were to avoid meaninglessness for all 20?

Are there commonalities among the most meaningful times in your own life? The most meaningless?
