In the latest version of the course we broke up values articulacy, which is mostly the Unit 1 as you describe, into three parts: Crowding Out, Values Cards, and Emotions-to-Values.
We used these specific readings ⬇️ from the book to prime a session and then a lot of practice and games as a group. So perhaps we could follow in suit and do the readings and an individual practice, and then come together as a group to practice, ask questions, and do some of the games/exercises.
Since I’m not sure what the cadence of these meetups will be, my suggestion would probably be that we all do the Crowding Out and Values Cards readings and individual exercises, and then come together as a group to do live practice runs on crowding out and on making values cards from meaningful experiences in our lives and give each other feedback. I have some further games that we used as practice in the course which we could use as well. And then we could save the Emotions-to-Values for next time.
Let me know if this sounds like it’d be valuable🥁. Getting together on this stuff in any capacity sounds like a fun time!
